Agile Tooling - tiny PM by Marcin Niebudek
tinyPM is a lightweight browser-based agile project management tool created
with usability in mind.

The session will be a live demo walking through the most important tinyPM 2.0
features and agile practices that are supported by the tool including:

  • backlog management
  • working with user stories and tasks
  • visual taskboard
  • user stories acceptance
  • budget and scope tracking
  • activity history
  • user roles management

Presentation will be finished with a more general discussion about the tools supporting agile teams, what we like and what we miss in them, and what are the reasons of not.

Marcin Niebudek is an co-owner at Agilers and creator of tinyPM
(http://www.tinypm.com), a lightweight agile project management tool. Marcin is insanely idealistic about software development and strongly believes in it as a craft. Enjoys experimenting with all flavors of Agile and Lean Development techniques. Love to write software, read about software, think about it, and blog about it.
