Meeting agenda:
Why scrum works while implemented properly? by Katarzyna Terlecka (NSN) & Marcin Galkowski

Presentation will treat of the aspects of the scrum that are important but keep being forgotten during the corporate implementation. The agile approach is a masterpiece of psychology based on NLP and coaching mechanisms, usually not taken into consideration. A look from a different angle. Working projects examples will be presented (pros and cons).

Keywords: Introduction to Scrum roles, NLP& Coaching, Customer interaction, Work environment factors, Change Management, Lean management approach.

Second part of the meeting will be focused on open discussion, to make a comparison of the experiences. This will be a chance to share about practises and ask some question.

Presenter: Katarzyna Terlecka

Katarzyna Terlecka is a Scrum Master in three independent projects in NSN. She is primarily focused on individually adjusting scrum methodologies to different projects' cultural/environmental factors for optimal effectiveness. Having developed skills in a multinational environment she is paying attention to psychological aspects of teamwork in general. Currently she is also providing support for teams interested in agile approach in the organization.

Presenter: Marcin Galkowski

Marcin Galkowski is a Product Owner for laboratory and IT support team in NSN, where theoretically Scrum should not work. He is an experienced IT environment administrator (primarily *NIX systems) with strong focus on customer project needs and challenges. Having gained adequate skills in various projects in current role he successfully utilizes user stories paradigm to maintain balance in team's workload and morale while generating functional products/services. He is supporting a team working in a highly quick-response environment on a daily basis.

organizacyjnie

To tyle ode mnie.. Ciekawe czy inni uważają podobnie...

Generalnie było dziś bardzo ciekawie! Oby każde spotkanie tak wyglądało!!!

Pozdrawiam wszystkich serdecznie,
Krzysiek K.
