The sun is shining, nice summer breeze is cooling your head and birds are singing all around you. You are entering your office, smiling blond assistant is welcoming you, offering the coffee. Cross functional teams are happily delivering features, deadlines are met and your customers are ordering new projects.

You look to the task board, where one developer is moving the feature from state ‘ongoing’ to ‘done’. Sounds familiar – it’s nothing special, just agile ☺. You approach one of the developers to ask a question and in that instant… you wake up with a peaceful expression on your tired face.
