There is one question raised very often during agile introduction in company or any training/coaching in this subject. Its nature is a strange one since the answer is both simple and difficult at the same time.
It is easy simple because agile methodology clearly defines it but it is difficult since it touches the deeply hidden people’s emotions, feelings and fears. As you may guess, question is related to role of certain positions in agile project. Changes are always difficult time and scary time. In this particular case, question is about role and responsibility of project manager.
